The disarming of the populace is expected in all communist countries. The Democratic South Africa is no exception to this rule.

My nephew is applying for his license, I've been hounding him to do it for 5 years. He's been waiting 1 year for his competency certificate. Can't apply for the actual license til he gets his comp. Some people wait 3 years. He's got access to guns but if he shoots someone with a gun that's not licensed to him, he'll be thrown in prison.
