An impressive pre-match tifo covered the whole of one stand before the game, with the image, in Legia colours of green, white, and red, depicting an older man wearing a crown, and with the message "kneel before his majesty" along the bottom.

There was much deliberation as to who the man was in the picture among Legia fans, with plenty suggesting it was Poland’s former heavyweight title contender Andrew Golota, who was in the stands for the game. But it seems the man in the tifo was just there to represent all Legia supporters.

As for the meaning behind the tifo, it has been perceived by Legia fans to have been a message towards City for their pre-match protest against racism.

The suggestion seems to be that Legia wanted to taunt City over their taking of the knee, and so produced a tifo that looked like they would be bowing down to Legia "the king", as is subservient to the home side.
