The fact is that many squatter camps (euphemistically called 'informal settlements' ) get theirs free, while Whitey gets cut off if he misses a payment.

I'm surprised that the communists in the ANC and SACP haven't already arranged not only electricity but also housing and sewage for all inhabitants of the Republic.

The ANC has spent the last 25 years promising everything to all kaffers in the country, in exchange for some votes every few years. Surely the very competent and not-at-all corrupt ANC would have fulfilled at least one of their anti-Apartheid promises?

This is proof that colonists have been sabotaging the ANC since day 1.

All those massive spider webs of illegal electricity hookups only look illegal. They are, in fact, perfectly legal and even though you might not see any separate power meters for each of the many, many cables running directly from the state's power lines to kaffer shacks, they are all measuring exactly how much power they use and pay accordingly.

Speaking of stolen power, did you know that cell phone mast battery thefts were over 9000% more common during Apartheid than now?
