You wanna log jam government ? Start filing FOILs for law. FOIL this "Can you show me the law , properly passed and enacted for the property tax making me liable and responsible?" It's very easyy to do. Go down to your local government clerk and ask for the FOIL form. Fill it out and submit. If they dont answer, submit a 2nd FOIL "2nd Notice" When they dont answer do a 3rd and final FOIL to show "due diligence" . When they dont answer you are technically not obligated to follow the "law".
Not once have they answered. When they did answer my FOIA on fluoride in the water. They lied and said No. When they were in fact fluoridating the water.
Submit FOILs and make government work.

Another fun thing is to ask them to prove you are a person to whom their codes/statutes apply rather than a man or woman. Because laws, acts and statues only apply to persons, not men/women.
A person is a legal fiction.
Even (((they))) know they have no authority over men/women, only legal fictions.

That's why no regulation/law or whatever will state "All men and women must xxxx".
It will always say "All persons must xxx".
