This happened right after kirchnerism returned to power, most likely as a celebration.

Not knowing the context, I have mixed feelings. On one hand, considering the global push against eating meat, it looks pretty awesome. But I wouldn't trust food, especially sausage, provided by governments (edit: in general) who have pizza and hot dog parties.
