Maybe unpopular outside the VOATcentric world, but I don't disagree with you.
"Optics" seems to be the new "opiate of the masses"!
Most have been conditioned to respond to feelings, Thinkers are far and few between these days.
Emotions travel at the speed of light, where processing of thought is based on an ordered process, that is not instantaneous!

Until media reform is enacted, everything that hits your screen is propaganda.
