They're definitely arrogant and believe themselves to be untouchable. But I would take the opposite point of view. To me, this looks like they put a lot of time and effort into trying to manage the narrative. Utter fail, too, if you look at the comments on the YouTube video.

I only managed 5 mins - I despise them and the feign innocence.
