Knowing you, the first thing that came to mind was Orania. I did read the sign, though.
Honestly, this is could happen in almost any other country; even mine.

Why not? Did you mean that the children were left alone, all by themselves in a pool? That's a risk anywhere on Earth. Anyway, Orania looks nice. It's sad how people naturalized living behind fences with razor wire because of the savages.
