New feature: @username mentions
Mention @username in the body of a post and (1) it will be highlighted to indicate it's a valid username; and (2) the user will receive a notification.

It works when you edit a post too, and I don't think there's any limit on quantity. Which might be an issue later but whatevs

No need for limit: Just turn off ping notices by default and allow input of max number of ping notices rec'd per cycle (eg, 24hrs, days). Eg, 2 pings per day. Or 2 pings every 5 days. Along with a "count reset' to keep selections but reset rec'd ping count to 0.
