That wasn't the only thing he had to say in his defense in his veredict. He said that since the child didn't know what was going on, oral sex does not imply the loss of virginity, and since there was no "carnal access" (a definition limited only other types of sex), he didn't violate her sexual liberty. Also, the investigation found no psychological damage, the perpetrator pleaded guilty and since he's a father with a family, it would impact his life significantly. It was defined as "dishonest abuse". Also, he said, the perpetrator didn't kill her (which according to the judge happens in a significant number of cases) and did voluntarily stop after the victim cried.

The penalty included paying indemnity to the family, but it was reduced since he belongs to the "working class". Need I mention the political party he belongs to?

The prison time went from 7 years to 3, which he never served.

This is a supreme court judge who is very infamous for this and many other cases. If you're a criminal, this is your guy. Don't worry, he's got your back.

This is what surprised me the most. I thought these things happened only here in Peronia, but they apparently exist in other places. You've probably heard of people being penalized for self-defense against burglars, criminals walking free for social justice, etc.

And this is why I don't think it's just the jews. There are plenty of non-jews in the (((Kirchner))) administration who go along with it; most of them aren't jewish. And the opposition, which also had jews, did some things to revert the crime wave and the errors, though they didn't solve much. Imagine the democrats but without free markets and more blatant corruption.
