How billions in pandemic aid was swindled by con artists and crime syndicates

Not billions. Trillions.
100% of aid was a god damn swindle on the taxpayers.
That's just a drop in the bucket though. This whole thing was nothing more that the biggest transfer of wealth in the entirety of known human history. Much larger transfer than all previous put together.
