@Germ22, here is a version with subtitle. The accent is actually not so bad.

I could understand the Indians better than the Brits. But it might be largely due to better audio equipment.

Have you ever tried to talk to one of them on the phone? I can't do it. So I usually end up mimicking their accent back at them, with a generous smattering of Igpay-Atinlay. At this point they usually hang up. Such fun.

The accents vary widely from place to place - the further north you go the harder they are to understand. The further south you go the more normal they sound.

I have never met one with extreme Indian accent in real life. But there are videos on youtube where I could hardly tell if they were speaking English or one of their native languages.

IF you've "never met one with extreme Indian accent in real life.", then I think this means you've never had to call anyone for IT 'help'.
