Poal was created by some ex-goats when Voat was in trouble a couple of years back. It is effectively a Voat clone. There has been some debate on Voat about the extent to which Poal is truly "free speech".

lol same error that voat used to get, most likely the database needs to be restarted.. weird that it has the same symptoms as voat, and putitout claimed it was his site.. (in jest?) well if it was his site he has the same development issues...
