These are great posts iSnark, many thanks!
It would be even more helpful if you could add a couple of lines of "editorial summary" backing up what you're linking to. Like e.g. this one is a discussion between Natalie Winters & Steve Bannon which draws from the Brookings Institute Democracy Playbook, the source document for the "hotbed" claim. Otherwise the link could be to anything, could be to any random right wing shock jock making conspiratorial claims.
It's all great though, don't let me discourage you, thanks again for the contributions - it's starting to feel like old times
Cheers, SV

Re: USAID was supposed to be the hotbed of resistance against Trump 2.0.
I try to post with as small a footprint as possible because I'm curious as to where the reader takes the conversation, so I'm basically leaving a blank slate for the reader to start the conversation.
I'd like to see more users sharing time between SearchVoat, GoatMatrix, and Upgoat. it help form a redundancy to ensure survival should one of the sites falter. It's kind of awkward soliciting users from other sites, so I do try to tread carefully, but, I'll see about getting other Goats to reactivate their ID's here and spending some here. I think it would make what was the original VOAT stronger. I would like to talk with you later about the flow of this site. It seems as though it could be a bit more intuitive and smother, NOT a criticism, constructive feedback...

This site was always a quick and dirty replacement for Old Voat, it's way less than ideal. I am *extremely* tolerant of criticism, (almost) impossible to offend, so let rip.

Quick and dirty is what makes this place so special.SearchVoat wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2025 10:16 pm This site was always a quick and dirty replacement for Old Voat, it's way less than ideal. I am *extremely* tolerant of criticism, (almost) impossible to offend, so let rip.
