This looks like the lefts standard "shoot for the moon" approach to gun control, where they introduce something crazy that has essentially no chance of passing, and when it fails, they introduce their slightly less crazy backup bill that has 10-30% of what the initial crazy af bill had. Then all the douchebags in congress on in the jew media will say, "this second bill is soooo much more moderate, only a radical domestic terrorist would oppose such a reasonable compromise".
