Replace phpBB Logo with @searchvote Logo

I think that a larger and clearer version of the @SearchVoat icon could replace the phpBB home Logo image Top Left
Both images are 150 x 90 just to give you an idea of size. It's called logo.png
I renamed and resized the image shown here to match the size of phpBB logo
