Chinese man standing in 2nd row behind woman in pink (Natalie Biden) on podium behind Biden. Anyone have a clue who he is?
Evidently important enough to be that close to the "President" yet not the current Chinese ambassador to US nor any prominent Senator or Representative. Maybe Secret Service is now employing Chinese as a diversity move?
