AI image generator models have been all the rage in the past months. OpenAI’s Dall-E2 and MidJourney are owning the top spot for the most powerful text-to-art AI tool but are only accessible to select individuals.
Today, MidJourney surprisingly announced that it’s moving from private beta to open beta. It means you can use the tool right now.

In late August, an AI-generated artwork won a state fine arts competition. Jason Allen entered the Colorado State Fair in the digital art category with a collection that he had selected from AI art generator Midjourney. The winning piece, "Théâtre d'Opéra Spatial" beams with potential, dominated by a glowing sun or portal and elegantly spaced figures.
