Why is every board too "hands on"?

I understand the jews pay ShareBlue to dump degenerate porn or Loli art on conservative free speech sites, so sometimes rapid response might be needed in theory, but the slippery slope of deletion seems to indicate that most of these sites let a Jew start being the main admin.
