Count Yann de Meeus d'Argenteuil

The de Meeus family goes back to birth of Belgium. Count Ferdinand de Meeus (1798-1861), nicknamed at the time "the Rothschild of Belgium", became governor of Societe Generale in 1830,
during the revolution in which Belgium seceded from the Netherlands. Ferdinand received the title of Count after he had helped King Leopold of Belgium to acquire control over Societe Generale from the Princes of Orange.

During his interviews in prison, Raemaekers claimed he had met Rene Bats, an Army general who liked boys and was introduced to him by Jean-Paul Dumont (also accused of being a major child
abuser), several times at Cercle des Nations and how this person was financially backed by Patrick de Meeus d'Argenteuil.

In PV 116.160, that same day, Raemaekers claimed that in 1992 and 1993 he frequently met with Renaud Coppieters 't Wallant (b. 1935), who was a member of the PSC, Cercle des Nations, the
Lion's Club and the Rotary. According to Raemaekers, Wallant frequently visited Patrick de Meeus d'Argenteuil. Wallant had a foundation in Congo (Zaire) and owned an import-export business.
According to Raemaekers, Wallant was a pedophile who liked boys and who knew both Bats and Dumont.

Yann was the born in Congo, the former Belgian colony of Zaire, on May 23, 1962. He was the son of Count Yves de Meeus d'Argenteuil, allegedly once an ambassador, and Countess Colette de
Lannoy. He had three sisters and a brother, Brieuc (b. 1961). These days Brieuc is the managing director of Flightcare Belgium NV, founded in 2002. Yann de Meeus was arrested twice in 1988 at
the orders of Benoit Dejemeppe, the prosecutor of the king in Brussels. After his first arrest, involving auditory hallucinations, Yann was put on a alcohol rehabilitation program under doctors
Toussaint and Hobins, starting on May 8, 1988. The second time he was arrested for allegedly having raped two children, one aged 10, the other 14. Although he was not officially charged, he
was held for a while in the Foret prison in Brussels where he himself was abused by inmates. Later in 1988, Dejemeppe succeeded in locking him up for being a "mystical Catholic gone delirious". Apparently got out in 1990 and tried to become a commercial pilot in Kenya. Soon returned to Brussels where his mental state rapidly plummeted. He had to return to mental institutions. Yann tried to get a release from his mental institution in early 1999, but this failed. Apparently, on September 12, 1999, Yann sent a list of names of people he accused of being involved in trafficking children and drugs to the Belgian Comite P., the French Quai d'Orsay and the DEA. Although his list does not overlap with names mentioned in the X-dossiers, many people on his list are very close associates of those that have been accused in the X-dossiers. She named some other victims of the child sex ring, who were murdered in order to not be able to go to the authorities, namely Christine Van Hees, Katrien De Cuyper and Carine Dellaert. Police later confirmed that the girls were actually murdered. She was able to describe how they were murdered and her descriptions matched the autopsy of two corpses of the victims, as police confirmed.[6] Police officer Rudi Hoskens said, "She gave us some details that made us think it's impossible to give without having been there at that place - the way the body was found at that time, and the way she described the person who was killed."[7] Louf described the place of a murder, which was a disused mushroom farm on the outskirts of Brussels. The farm was later demolished, but in 1996 Louf described to the police team its intricate details, the wallpaper, the sinks, hooks on the ceiling, a network of stairs and adjoining rooms unique to that building.[7]

I can assure you that after that you feel completely outside the real world. That was the aim – that the victim herself should begin to doubt the fact that all this had really happened. The result was that the victims didn’t dare speak to anyone."

Was your procurer a paedophile?

XI: "He was about as much a paedophile as I was clear-minded. I find the expression ‘paedophile network’ misleading. For me paedophiles are those men who go to playgrounds or swimming-pools, priests. After the Dutroux case, it has become the latest fashion: to search the bishop’s palace. I certainly don’t want to exonerate them, but I would rather have paedophiles than the types we were involved with. There were men who never touched the children. Whether you were five, ten, or fifteen didn’t matter. What mattered to them was sex, power, experience. To do things they would never have tried with their own wives. This bank entirely focuses on Africa and is majority owned by the Fortis Bank, of which the Belgian branch has been headed by such figures as Maurice Lippens, Etienne Davignon, Baron Daniel Janssen and Guy de Selliers de Moranville.
The bank has offices in Brussels, Paris, London, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa. Bauchau is one of the primary sponsors of Université Senghor d'Alexandrie, together with Gianni Agnelli. Donated some costly antiques to the King Baudouin Foundation

Yves Boël : The Boël family historically is one of the most important financial families of Belgium with large stakes in Societe Generale and the Solvay chemical concern.

Baron Hubert de Crawhez : Born in 1935. The family owned Chateau Frandeux from the 1930s to the 1980s. Married Nicole van Zuylen in 1962. The family set up the Fonds Crawhez contre la leucémie (Crawhez Foundation against leukemia), which had its projects organized by the King Baudouin Foundation. Died from a cerebral hemorrhage in 2003.

Baron Lambert : According to the Rothschild's official archives, the banker Lazare
Richtenberger became an agent of the Rothschilds in Brussels around 1830.
Samuel Lambert took over from Richtenberger (his father-in-law) in 1840 and
continued to act as an agent of the Rothschilds. The business developed in
Brussels by Samuel Lambert and continued by his son Léon in 1875 is the
origin of Banque Bruxelles Lambert. From the early days there are many
reports on the businesses that James de Rothschild in particular wanted the
firm to pursue the financing of a railroad system..

Leon Lambert was born in 1851. In 1875, he started working in Brussels as a
representative of the Rothschilds. He also fulfilled diplomatic functions and
became the most important financial advisor to King Leopold II, whose
brother had just built Chateau des Amerois. Lambert married Zoë Lucie de
Rothschild in 1882. She was the only daughter of Gustave de Rothschild and
Cécile Anspach. Baron Lambert oversaw a large part of the financial matters
in Congo, which became private property of the king in 1885. Ironically, the
Rothschild-backed Cecil Rhodes was one of Leopold's competitors in Africa. In
1886, the Lamberts were created Baron and Baroness by King Leopold II.
King Albert I once called Baron Lambert "a real Jew and a snob".

La Compagnie Lambert was the holding firm for Banque Lambert. After 1945,
Banque Lambert rapidly developed its services and network, notably through
the merger of a number of privately-owned banks. The Nation mentioned on
February 13, 1967: "Banque Lambert is said to be controlled by cousins of the
Paris branch of the Rothschild banking family." Banque Lambert and Banque
de Bruxelles (founded in 1871) merged in 1975 to form Banque Bruxelles
Lambert (BBL). The holding companies of these two institutions had been
merged in 1972. Around the same time, Groupe Bruxelles Lambert bought a
controlling stake in the New York investment firm Drexel Burnham, making it
Drexel Burnham Lambert, which became one of the largest investment
houses of the late 1970s to mid 1980s. At the beginning of 1998, BBL became
a wholly-owned subsidiary of ING Group.

Another later Baron Leon Lambert was born in 1930. This Lambert has been
director of Société Générale de Banque. As president of Banque Bruxelles
Lambert he attended the first meeting of the Trilateral Commission in 1973
and attended in that position until the mid-1980's. Also attended Bilderberg
meetings. 2002, David Rockefeller, 'Memoirs', p. 207: "We [Chase; mid 1970s]
approached three banks in the Rothschild Group. Since both Evelyn de Rothschild,
chairman of L.M. Rothschild, and Leon Lambert, chairman of Banque Lambert (a
Rothschild through his mother), were personal friends, I had positive initial
conversations with them." President of Compagnie Generale d'Enterprises
Electrique which owned about fifty power companies in the late 1980s. Died
in 1987.

In 1978, EIR identified Baron Pierre Lambert,"the Belgian cousin of the
Rothschild family and proprietor of the Banque Bruxelles-Lambert," as a director
of Assicurazioni Generali. Other directors of Assicurazioni Generali at the time, according to EIR, were Elie de Rothschild, Baron August Von Finck,
Jocelyn Hambro, and several old Italian families.
Baron Philippe Lambert is the younger brother of the late Baron Leon
Lambert, and was born in 1930. He married to Baroness Marion Lambert.
Phillipe has been a director of RIT (Rothschild) Capital Partners since 1988,
the year after his brother died. President of Banque Bruxelles Lambert Suisse
and member of the Board of Directors of Banque Bruxelles Lambert SA until
April 1997. At this moment, BBL became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the
Dutch ING Group. President of Global Asset Management (Schweiz) AG. Also
a honorary director of GBL and ING Belgium.

In December 1997, Vincent Meyer, the grandson of Lazard banker André
Meyer and president of the London-based Philharmonia Orchestra, was
arrested after Belgian banker Baron Philippe Lambert and his wife Marion,
who were family friends, accused Meyer of having raped their daughter
multiple times as a young girl and being responsible for her suicide over it in
October 1997. Meyer was released on a bail of £2.5 million, and in 2001 the
court dropped the charges against him. The Lamberts appealed but anno
2006 Meyer still retains his positions at the Philharmonia Orchestra.
According to the Marion in 2005: "In truth my family used to be equally naive,
believing sex abuse could never be committed by people like us: educated,
civilised, lovers of art and music, anyone who could use a knife and fork. But the
impulse to molest a child is an illness, like cancer, and like all sexual behaviour
cannot be defined by upbringing or intelligence."

Annie Bouty Source(s): X1 (Bouty was present at child abuse parties with Nihoul, Joost
Bert, Vander Elst, Leopold Lippens, etc., and present at the murder of Katrien
De Cuyper. When X1 was asked about Nihoul, she told that in the early
1980s he took her to a certain apartment. She drew the apartment and
later took the investigators to it. It was located in the Dupréstraat in Jette
(Brussels suburb) and had belonged in the early 1980s to Annie Bouty.

Law expert who started out as a trainee of Jacques Marres, a counselor
to Mobutu Sese Seko (the CIA and Belgian colonists-sanctioned dictator of
Zaire/Congo). Because of this she had quite a number of higher level
connections by the early 1970s and knew people in politics, the justice
department, embassies, banking and soccer....

an American surgeon who played a major role in stemming a 1976 outbreak of the Ebola virus in Zaire,..In 1960, he traveled to the Belgian Congo, where he practiced medicine, being the only surgeon in Leopoldville during the Belgian revolutions, met and befriended a young Congolese soldier named Mobutu, and, after Mobutu became president, he, at Mobutu's request, ran the 1,500-bed Mama Yemo Hospital (now Kinshasa General Hospital) named in honor of Mobutu's mother, in the capital city of Kinshasa, Zaire, with the goal of getting health care into rural areas of the country. He served President Mobutu Sese Seko as his personal physician, pilot, director of security, and was Surgeon General of the nation's army.[4] He developed a hospital ship that traveled the Congo, bringing medical care, and, more importantly, medical education to remote village healers. Medical research at the Mama Yemo Hospital was very important to the understanding of the HIV-AIDS disease, and changed the worldwide practice of always repeating C-Section deliveries..

In the mid-1970s, the Ebola virus broke out at a missionary hospital in rural Yambuku, near the Ebola River. ..On his way back home to the United States for a home leave, Dr. Close returned to Kinshasa from Geneva, discussing the issue on the flight with two physicians from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Joel G. Breman and Peter Piot, who discovered the Ebola virus. ..Blood samples that Close had collected in the 1970s were used to investigate the progress of the AIDS pandemic,.. During the 1995 Ebola outbreak, he was a liaison between the CDC and the Zairian government. ..

He was also the father of actress Glenn Close and husband of Bettine Moore Close...William had two half-sisters, Adelaide Breevort (Close) Riggs and Eleanor Post Close (Eleanor Post Hutton), from his father's first marriage to Post Cereals heiress and General Foods founder Marjorie Merriweather Post..Raised in France, he attended Summer Fields School, Harrow School in England, and then St. Paul's School in Concord, New Hampshire.[3] Close enrolled in Harvard University in 1941, leaving the school two years later to marry and to become a pilot in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.[4] He served as the personal pilot and interpreter for General Joseph Harper.

Maurice Robert Josse Marie Ghislain, Count Lippens (born 9 May 1943 in Knokke, Belgium) is a Belgian businessman and banker. He is the grandson of Maurice Lippens (1875) and brother of Leopold Lippens, mayor of Knokke-Heist.

Mr Lippens was relieved of his position after a government bailout of the bank on 28 September 2008.[2] He has been involved in numerous law suits and has been blamed by many for the downfall of Fortis due to his over ambitious merger plan with ABN Amro during the economic crisis.

Witness X2 noted: "Parties with underage girls in the Cromwel hotel in Knokke. Present: Delvoie - Karel - X2 - Lippens - Van Gheluwe - Etienne Davignon. The girls knew where to go and with whom. Lippens hits the little girls. Several meetings between Karel and Davignon in the Memling hotel with the two Lippens." (187) (PEHI - Beyond the Dutroux Affair)

One of Davignon's closest partners in the globalization process is Count Maurice Lippens, a frequent visitor to Bilderberg.

Maurice Lippens and his brother Leopold have been named by witnesses as child abusers, not only involved in regular rape, but also in the snuff network (185).

The Meeûs list

On November 26, we sent the following letter to the Belgian "Committee P", the permanent supervisory committee of the police services:

" We have recently obtained a list of names of people from the top of Belgian society who would be involved in the trafficking of minors and drugs. This so-called Meeûs list comes from Comte Yann de Meeûs d'Argenteuil and on Sent to your Committee, the Quai d'Orsay and the DEA November 12, 1999. Could you tell us what happened to that list? "

No answer so far. But this morning a practically illegible version of the Comte's letter was printed on the site of the Luxembourg magazine L'Investigateur. From the group La Resistance civile. Coincidence? Everything is possible. L'Investigateur asks those who may have a better copy to make it known to the editors. We do that here:

Yann de Meeûs was a reserve lieutenant in the Belgian infantry, Chevalier of the Order de la Couronne, pilot at an American airline company and suicide in the period after the letter was sent. Not surprising because the list contains illustrious names. The question remains to what extent De Meeûs was able to substantiate his allegations vis-à-vis Comite P, the French police and the DEA. But it was no surprise to us that the name of the art dealer Axel Vervoordt is also on the list. Particularly in the context of tampering with minors, we have already put him to the test on this site many times. We are now waiting for the reply from Committee P.

The Meeûs case

In the last months of last year we paid attention a few times to a list of names of people from the top of Belgian society who, according to an accompanying letter, were involved in the trade in underage children and drugs. The list was drawn up by Count Yann de Meeûs d'Argenteuil, who died by suicide and sent on 12 September 1999 to the Comité P (the Belgian police watchdog), the French police headquarters on the Parisian Quai d “Orsay and to the US DEA fighters. The list included the Belgian Prince Alexander and the art dealer Axel Vervoordt, who we have often portrayed as a pedo. We sent an email to Committee P asking what happened to the list.On December 13, 2001, we were requested from Brussels to forward the list. We agreed, but soon retraced our steps. Why would we send the list if it had already been printed with us in full? Moreover, the Committee had already received that list from the compiler. So what did they really want? We left it at that. Yesterday we received another email from Committee P:
" On November 26, 2001, you sent an e-mail message to Standing Committee P with a request for information regarding the destination of a so-called list-Meeûs.
On December 13, 2001, you were requested by e-mail to provide additional information. to Standing Committee P in order to enable our service to act on your request.
As we have not received a response to that message to date, we would like to inform you that Standing Committee P will take part in its plenary meeting on 25 February. 2002 has decided to close this file ".
We cautiously conclude from this that the original list either never arrived at the Committee or disappeared from the files at the Committee between September 1999 and our email of 26 November. And that a new file has been opened as a result of the same email. The Committee now suggests that the Meeûs case has been closed because we have not heard from us. Instead of seeing if Meeûs was right. Whether we are stuck with a guilt complex? Not really.

In 1983 the last baroness Gillês de Pélichy died and her heirs decided to sell the castle. So, in 1984 the castle was bought by the Antwerp art and antique dealer and collector Axel Vervoordt. He uses the castle for exhibitions and as his residence. He has entertained lots of famous people in this castle such as members of the Belgian and Dutch royal families as well as the pop star Sting.

Mr. Vervoordt used to open his castle to the public two times a year. When I visited I was stunned by the beautiful interiors in the castle, really a must-see. Alas, it was not permitted to take pictures inside the castle due to insurance terms. At present this castle residence can not be visited.

Letters to Blik and Regina Louf confession
A month after De Cuyper's body was found, weekly magazine Blik [nl] received a letter from an anonymous sender claiming that they had given her a lift after she missed her bus the night she disappeared.[4][8] The following October, Blik received another letter from the same sender, as did De Cuyper's parents the month after.[4] In February 1997, Regina Louf (also known in Belgium as "Witness X1") wrote a letter to police confessing to killing De Cuyper.[9] Louf said that De Cuyper had been held in a castle north of Antwerp in which children would be raped, tortured and killed by what Louf described as a "paedophile network", and that she had been ordered to kill the teenager during an orgy.[9][10] No concrete evidence was found to support Louf's testimony.[9]

Axel and the BOB

As we already wrote (see "The return of the ghosts" of June 6 and "Amy said" of June 26), the American art journalist Amy Page was until recently a child at the castle of the Belgian art dealer Axel Vervoort. And that for years and years. This was also the case when, on New Year's Eve 1996/1997, she came to meet Michel van Rijn in Rome to her outpourings about Axel's close encounters with boys between six and twelve years old. In May of this year she adjusted the image of that time and said that Axel had given up those practices for years and had become a real pater familias. For years? How many years? Maybe celebrate? In February 1997 - well over a month after Amy's revelations in Harry's Bar - Regina Louf (X1) told something for the first time about the murder of Katrien de Cuyper in a castle near Antwerp.On March 1, Regina went in search of that castle with a BOB team. They lost their way, but after a hint (!) From one of the detectives, they found a castle in 's Gravenwezel. The property of a baron, whose name had come into the picture earlier during the Dutroux investigation. "Here it is," Regina is said to have said. But the BOB team did not react to this and turned its attention to the adjacent castle of Axel Vervoort, which did meet the description of Regina. Because it was an open day at Axel, the team, accompanied by Regina, went to have a look there and then determined that details from Regina's statement were not valid.They went back to their office without being successful and informed carefully selected journalists what Regina had said about the castle and that she should be out of her mind. X-1 was ably burnt off further.
Based on this state of affairs, a few questions arise: Did the team know, according to the hint, which castle was involved thanks to the gossip circuit to which Amy also belonged? Why was there no attempt to investigate the baron's castle? Why in Axel's? Was that to keep the baron out of the picture or did the BOB issue a warning to Axel with that almost crazy visit that the mounting of boys had to be over? A warning that Axel apparently took to heart, as shown by Amy's statement. This story is not over yet.

In the past, we have often fought a shadow fight with, say, the largest antique slider annex interior regulator in Belgium: Axel Vervoordt. The son of a horse dealer, who for years has diligently surrounded himself with pop idols, tennis girls, scavengers from artistic circles, nouveau riche and (fi donc) lutes from the circles of Marquis de Canteclaer de Barneveld and higher. As long as they have money.
There was plenty of reason for that fairly constant attention. For example, friend Axel once quickly pushed away a painting from the Schloss collection, which had been looted by the Krauts, when the floor became too hot.
The latter was more common. Even literally, when en un momento dado an expensive French parquet floor was chipped from under Axel's ass, which gave off a slight scent of healing. And while we're on the subject of healing: Not so long ago, Axel bought through a German colleague a healing-smelling Egyptian tomb of the very wise Ali Aboutaam living in Switzerland, who still has fifteen years of credit in his native country due to illegal mega- trade in vulgarly stolen works of art and antiques.
And then of course there was Axel ?? s childhood love, which came to the surface thanks to a classic conversation between our London correspondent Michel van Rijn and the American journalist Amy Page during a party in Harry ?? s Bar in Rome. Via that link we ended up with witness X1, Regina Louf.
At the beginning of the years of investigation into the Dutroux and environs case, Regina, accompanied by a pair of mustaches from the BOB, paid a visit to Axel's castle in Gravenwezel, where an open day had just taken place. It would have been more or less a coincidence. They should have pointed to the neighbors at the Catershof, but the gate was closed there. According to Regina, children had been abused and murdered in the porter's house on the domain of Philippe de Caters, who was still living in Uccle at the time. And one of them would have been Katrien de Cuyper, who was later found murdered in the port of Antwerp. You would say open door, but the track was not or hardly exploited, because X1 made too many contradictory statements about it.
Still, it remains strange. All the more because a few weeks after that first visit to the Catershof cq. the open day at neighbor Axel's porter's house and surrounding land were taken over by the same art-loving childhood friend Vervoordt. The question is whether Philippe de Caters sold his property in a panic or whether the negotiations for the sale to Axel were well underway when Regina and the BOB rattled the gate. What can you do but ask? De Caters now lives somewhere in Spain, so we addressed the following email to our trusted Anne-Sophie Dusselier, the press secretary of Vervoordt:

" Dear Mrs. Dusselier,
On March 14, 1997, Mr. Vervoordt bought the porter's house and some surrounding land of the domain, located in Gravenwezel, from the De Caters family, in this case Philippe de Caters. For the purpose of a publication on this matter on our website, we would like to hear from you whether the aforementioned transaction was preceded by lengthy negotiations or whether the acquisition was reasonably rapid.
We would also like to know whether Mr Vervoordt had a commercial intention with the takeover and whether that intention has now been fulfilled ??.

And perhaps not personally to the owners of the property, but to BVBA Catershof, established at that address between February 12, 1991 and April 12, 1995.
What did that BV do? According to the Official Gazette, it organized seminars, business meetings, cultural events and parties. Furthermore, the BV could serve as a vehicle for the promotion of all kinds of merchandise and products, PR activities and the manufacture, wholesale, retail, import and export of all foodstuffs, dairy products, beverages, fruits and vegetables, colonial and overseas wares. And deliveries from butcher / caterer De Cuyper would fit in perfectly with the latter.
But there's more. Because the BV was also involved in the purchase and sale, transit and repairs of all electrical and electronic sound and image equipment. And then our thoughts suddenly turn to completely different things (1).
Who were these folks behind this BV, apparently at home in all markets? A Philippe Meeuwes from Brasschaat and a Benoit Guiette from Antwerp-Wilrijk. Philippe was known as a cook and as a director of companies and Guiette as an independent organizer.
If Regina's statements were correct, then this Philippe and Guiette would be the first to say something more about it. Have they ever been questioned? No. At least, as far as our sources can ascertain. The last word has not yet been said on this. Stay tuned.

de Caters family - Source(S): X1 (forced to kill a girl on a domain owned by the de Caters family in the presence of Tony and Nihoul, their neighbor was-is Axel Vervoordt, who has been accused of pedophilia by Count Yann) A description of Castle Kattenhof in 's Gravenwezel was given by X1 and later identified by the investigators. Baron Charles and later his son Baron Theo Bracht have been named as renters of the Kattenhof domain. Patrick is a member of Cercle de Wallonie, together with Etienne Davignon, prince Philippe de Chimay, Comte Jean-Pierre de Launoit (vice-President Cercle de Lorraine), Elio di Rupo, and Aldo Vastapane (all of them accused of child abuse at some point). Patrick is also the manager of construction company Bageci, the Wallonian branch of Groupe CBE, which is headed by a person who is-was a director of Suez and the ING banking group (companies with people on their board that have been accused of child abuse).

accused of being involved in the trafficking of children and drugs; committed
