TLDR: talk to the boiler manufacturer tech dept, could be to do with a ‘dead leg’, also suggestions in comments about a ‘shock arrestor’.

Thanks, I found similar info when researching it. Spose I'll have to pay another fucker to look at it. It's the most expensive dripping tap ever.
