Looks like the RVs aren't a match, one on the street has one line on the top of it, one that is being blamed for the bombing. Just had an idea, what if the RV was just supposed to look like it was the source of the explosion. Remember the movie "Clear and present Danger" the US military with the CIA dropped a bomb from a plane and hit the big neon green Pickup Truck. The intention was to make the other cartel leaders think it was a assignation job by a rival cartel.
The problem was they missed the RV and the Cameras caught the miss

Either way you can tell the bomb exploded across the street from the RV from the surveillance footage.

this is what I think it was.. Do you have a link to a good vid of the explosion?
