Uh... I'm a infrastructure architect by trade.
These forums only use text and no pictures or videos are stored on server.. meaning even a site like voat doesn't use a whole lot of bandwidth... All it is is literally text..

So yeah you would think it costs a lot in bandwidth.... But you would be wrong .

That's why the forum was designed the way it was where you could not post pictures or videos only link to them..

The Poal = Voat people posting on this thread are conspiritard idiots with swiss cheese for brains. Putt showed very little interest in keeping Voat up in the past year or two. Why would he actively maintain another site which serves the same function? Putt made a joking response to some new, random account claiming to be the owner of Poal as Voat was going down. Then a few idiots ran with that, and like any good conspiritard, used flimsy reasoning as "evidence" to confirm it.
