So the preview site, I don't get it. Why can I get on, if it's read-only how can you post new polls?

You can only access the preview site if you had access to it before the site went down.

If you have access, you can join chat (which is sometimes active, sometimes moribund). And you can also post polls and subverse referenda (though we are still testing that last). Otherwise it is read only.

But we will take what we can get as Voat slowly disappears.
