"Ley Micaela".
Micaela was the name of a girl who was murdered by her boyfriend. Of course, they had to make it about gender and toxic masculinity, rather than being the case of a murderer who killed her due to emotional, personal and/or psychiatrical factors. It's always society's fault rather than the individual's. Politicians took her name to pass this law (most likely due to the pressure of the IMF). This was done by a "conservative", "right-wing" government.
Mandatory course on "gender" for all Arg. public institutions.
