POTUS Uses Impound Control Act to Force Congress to Eliminate Pork and Raise Stimulus to 2000!

So Trump gets to draw a line through anything he doesnt approve and Congress has to eliminate that item. They can then use that money to increase stimulus.
He is signing the bill with the agreement that Congress will eliminate the line items "red lined" (yes that is the double meaning of all the references to Redline on twitter post) and they also have to review 230 protections and either significantly reform or terminate those protections. No deadline on that promise. They also promise to focus on investigating election fraud. again no deadline. But they also promised to vote on Monday to raise the stimulus amount to 2000.

NO mention that I saw in Trump's letter of the line in the NDAA that was said to take away Trumps right to use the Insurrection Act.
