I read something about this years ago, when Zero was in charge. A few denounced the concept, but it was a very few. It is horrifying how many think kids up to the age of 2 or 3 just don't matter.

I think being drawn and quartered, to simulate a "post-birth abortion" on them would be more appropriate. More "eye for an eye" kind of punishment.
