The video is in Spanish, but I didn't feel ok without posting a source because otherwise no one would believe it.

Three people met at a panamenian cabaret called "Happyland Bar".

One of them was Juan Perón. Although he had already been a president, he would run for a third term, which he won by a landslide.

The second one was Raúl Lastiri, which was a necktie collectionist and the guy who played the piano at the nightclub.

The third one, María Estela Martínez, who went by the name "Isabel", was one of the dancers at the Happyland Bar cabaret. She ended up become the first female president, though in reality she was the puppet of another character, who was an occultist.

(In case you're too innocent; a cabaret dancer is not a ballerina. They're "exotic" dancers; think burlesque and other sensual kinds of shows.)

I'm so disappointed in Argentina. I always had a romantic view of it, based on ignorance obviously.

What did you think of our country? In terms of landscape and culture, there's plenty to enjoy. The City of Buenos Aires (as opposed to the province) is very beautiful; it looks better than it did ten years ago. Too bad it's full of brown people, but if it weren't, it would be even better.
