I'm going to print this and keep it in my wallet to read to any interfering bureaucrat that tries to quote ordinances at me.
"Whereas no COVID vaccine is FDA-approved but some are authorized under a temporary Emergency Use Authorization as experimental (investigational) agents only"
"Whereas the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) affirmed in August 2020 that under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), experimental vaccines are not allowed to be mandatory”
Bluff #1:
So all this talk about "maybe" it would be mandatory was just bluff: they couldn't force anyone because of the experimental nature of the "vaccine". The vaccine manufacturers got millions of people to submit as guinea pigs for a drug trial, the companies didn't even have to pay them and Pfitzer et al were immune from liability for damages . Then they take this data to solidify their claims in 2 years that the agent can now be classified as a vaccine.

Whereas decades-old universally accepted Codes of Medical Ethics, including the Nuremberg Code and the Declaration of Helsinki absolutely prohibits any form of coercion whatsoever to individuals participate in a medical experiment
The fact that this vaccination is a medical experiment has been overshadowed by the propaganda that patriotism demands sacrifices .The Declaration is morally binding on physicians, and that obligation overrides any national or local laws or regulations, if the Declaration provides for a higher standard of protection of humans than the latter. Ask your doctor when he's pushing the jab if he adheres to the Helsinki Declaration that states:
" the subject's welfare must always take precedence over the interests of science and society (Article 5)"
Interestingly, " NIH training in human subject research participant protection no longer refers to the Declaration of Helsinki"
