And if so, would you use that as a reason to knock the price down?

One of the houses I grew up in suppoesdly someone was murdered, or did they kill themselves? Cant remember. Didnt experience anything spooky though. On another note I found out someone was murdered at a gas station I frequent by watching one of those caught on camera shows.
