Use one account to post, use another to check using different IP address. You can also check to see if the post is visible without account. I had an account on Gab maybe 2 years back (SaneJewiSwear or something). Some posts about jews were removed. That was all I could remember.
Oh, you could also try to archive the page; it is kind of equivalent to testing the visibility of non-login content.
