The position would automatically go to the next in line, so the Vice President in this case. Kamala Harris would immediately be sworn in.

If the VP is incapacitated, then the Presidency would go to the next in line, which is the Speaker of the House. When Trump tested positive for kung flu, there were excited talks among NPCs that if Mike Pence also were taken out of the picture, we'd get President Nancy Pelosi.
