Well,first they have to get the civil war started. Then they'd have to start losing. Most likely scenario for losing would be if most of the cops and military side with us. If that happens,they're gonna call on "UN peacekeepers" to come in and "restore order". Most of these "peacekeepers" will most likely be chinks. It'd be about then.
