Psycho stalker in comment section - Could be jimmycomet?

So... One day over three years ago I've created thread on reddit with title inviting James Alefantis to comment on why he was liking adoption day pictures. Strange user appeared... Named "Full Insurance" ... Asking weird questions in specific manner:

Now, few weeks ago some user appears in YouTube comment section about James Alefantis and he not only used pig photo from James Instagram as profile picture but he also commented in similar manner to that user on Reddit, + asking about goddaughter of James:
