@SearchVoat are there different ToS for the Forum vs the Search Tool?

It's possible my account/username is being targetted by certain entities I've gotten on the bad side of. Or perhaps my repetitive searches are triggering some kind of internal antispam/ddos filter.

In any case, it looks like my my specific devices or ip addresses are prompting the login, while the username itself is specifically excluded from the search.

Any way you could reveal in private why mine was triggered? If not, no worries, just curious. It appeared sequentially: One IP, then the second IP minutes later when I attempted to test whether it was my ip, device, or username.

PM or post please, don't do both. I prefer to respond to posts and get notifications either way.

IP's generally get blocked because of search volume. Per second, minute, hour, day, I forget the numbers. Especially a problem on VPNs of course. Also, I think TOR, AWS and some other circuits are blocked by default.

If you're legit you should have a password anyway. I should probably put a message there somewhere to say you can DM me for one.
