Okay I did it, I think. When it deletes the PM, will it tell the sender that the message has been read? It shouldn't do that, right?

This is harder than I thought. The board's hard-coded to ALWAYS allow PMs from admins and mods. That's just wrong and I will fix it.

PS sorry I didn't respond quicker, the board's not been sending email notifications for the last couple of days, I think. Another mystery...

Since the mods that I would've not wanted to receive a PM from are both banned, I don't think it's a major problem. But I agree that mods should not be able to PM a user, if the user doesn't want them to.
You should be the only one who can spam our inboxes.
