Mod logs

phpBB has no mechanism to ban users from forums, AFAIK, so I've been implementing bans manually. In light of the events over the past couple of weeks I will now maintain a list of banned users here. A reminder that there are no specific subverse rules so (for now at least) mods can ban users without giving a reason.

I'm still learning mod tools, so if you dont mind clarifying.

Moderators cannot ban users? rather they send a request to an admin when they want a user to be banned?

That's correct. There's no mod tool to ban a user. So you PM me and I ban them.
