Police have arrested seven men including a suspect in his sixties linked to a 'bizarre' castration cult who have intimate body parts removed live on pay per view streams all orchestrated by a ringleader nicknamed 'The Eunuch Maker', it was revealed today.

The group is likely inspired by asexual Japanese artist Mao Sugiyama who had his penis and testicles surgically removed nine years ago, aged 22, to serve as a meal to five guests at an exclusive banquet. He would later have his nipples cut off.

The Japan Daily Press reports that, if convicted of indecent exposure, Sugiyama could face up to two years in jail and a fine of roughly $32,000.

But police did not question the dishing out of the genitals, possibly because there is no law against cannibalism in Japan.

It may not be a given to have the surgery for those under 18 but it's not impossible as the video records a call of a 'parent' [impersonator] seeking to schedule gender nullification surgery for their 'son' on his 17th birthday. When the topic of insurance was said to not be an issue, the clinic gave the go ahead over the phone.
