Thank you for this footage of how bad the water situation id during Apartheid.

The white, racist government is making sure to only supply the whites with water, while completely neglecting the kaffers.

It is our hope that, when Apartheid is dismantled and the fair and just ANC take over, scenes like this never occur again. We will have water, we will have democracy and we will have Freedom<tm>!
