I'd gladly house several Ukranian refugees in my house - but the requirement is that they are refugees.

Fleeing from a non-existent war don't cut it. Especially if you're an "exchange student" from Africa.

There's probably many decent but hopelessly naive people in Europe who are willing to house homeless Ukrainian mothers and children, but that's not all that is coming.

Nevertheless Ukraine is among the top AIDS and TBC countries in Europe, and have lots of drug problems and alcoholism.

I did not know that @TFS. In a previous life, I worked with a guy who was stationed there. When he finished his 5 year stint there, he came back with a Ukrainian wife. They had an infant child. One day he never came home from work. Everything was at his desk, but he wasn't there. Phone and jacket still there. Much later that night, they kicked down the door of one of the toilets and he was inside. Dead. Died of a heart attack on the toilet. Only in his 40's. It was horrible.
