Apple is going to do an update on all phones to shut off the emergency broadcast system. This is Nazi Germany 1938

Turn your auto update toggle off.

I don't use an iphone, but I haven't been able to shut off auto updates since at least several months ago when they started talking about contact tracing. I tried turning it off, and no longer had the option to.

Turn on dev mode on your android & you should be able to turn it off. Same with emergency broadcast messages.

Parameters-> about phone -> software information

Click on Build Number 7 times (enter pin if you have one)

Dev mode is now activated.

Go into "developper options" usually a new menu below "about phone" & you're free to screw up your phone, or just turn off a few things.
