Yeah, that's observable. 12 year olds looking 16 I mean. When I was 19 I had a 13 year old girlfriend who looked 16. But that's not 11 year olds looking 18.

A reasonable revision is lowering the standard to the age of consent that is most typical. 15-16 is more or less the standard. Going into pre-teen years and you're basically saying 11 year olds should legally have interracial gangbangs with 30 year old niggers.
