What is the limit on idle time in this site before logging us off?
What is the amount of idle time on your server before it kicks us out?

There's no time limit as such - I think it was logging you off because your IP was changing - possible you're using a VPN? Anyway I've disabled that check so that should fix it. Let me know if it still happens.
