Those are symbols identified by the FBI as pedophile affiliated organizations, that specify to other pedo groups not just that they are pedos, but what their preference is. That's what started pizzagate with Comet Pizza, aka Cheese Pizza, aka "CP". They found tons of highly respected companies using them. Then when people dug, they found ties to convicted pedos. That's where Epstein came in.
