That guy wasn't on his side like Floyd was, he was on his stomach. He wasn't experiencing excited delirium like Floyd was. He didn't overdose on fentanyl. If that cop had used his knee on the side of Timpa's neck - as he would have been in the rescue position, Timpa might have lived.
