This looks like a blatant in-your-face fake to get people to start thinking about that possibility. They already sell foreskins, I'd bet they use the organs as well.

Whether or not it's a manipulated pic, the fact remains that the bodies and organs of British people are legally considered government property, before and after death.

The law around organ donation in England has changed. All adults in England are now considered to have agreed to be an organ donor when they die unless they have recorded a decision not to donate or are in one of the excluded groups.
