You should have seen him before the hairplugs in the 90s. A lot of money went into making him look the way he does. Gotta put a better face on ol' 'chester the molester'.

He has 100% had a facelift, upper blepharoplasty and forehead lft. He may have had laser resurfacing to his skin as well.
