There's a great interview with Clive Derby Lewis in which he discloses quite a few shenanigans. Ernst Roets interviewed him a few months before his death.
They basically killed Treurnicht and Mulder. Treurnicht was an extremely honorable man btw. And I met Clive several times when he came down to Cape Town to meet with western cape AWB people.
