The photo is of his daughter Ashley.

Compare the photo with this one https://www.gettyimages.ca/detail/news- ... popup=true and you can see the resemblance in the chin.

However, given the behavior of Biden with little girls, (the one even saying years later he pinched her nipple, but dropped the topic from fear of backlash and losing friends), the photo https://flyingcuttlefish.files.wordpres ... nogles.jpg remains imho as yet another creepy example of his obsession with young girls chests during the stages of their early developing/or predeveloping breasts, from as far back as 1987.
