I don't think it will come to that. I honestly don't think Biden will make it till the 6th without being arrested or giving up.
But let's ignore that possibility.
I think this was done as a move to stop the Democrats from doing the opposite thing. Suing to keep him from making this move
I think the odd is pence doing this are slim. Pence is a NPC and could even be deep state. Or rino.. we cannot trust that he is the answer. Never forget the protonmail ryan pence coup.
